• Rebuilt wlfclub.com in-house, replacing a $15,000 agency build that still had 12 Lorem Ipsum placeholder pages live in production: 30+ pages, new hosting, and a verify-gated deploy pipeline, ending agency billing entirely
• Migrated a live medical clinic's DNS to Cloudflare with zero downtime and zero mail interruption, verifying 29 records and SPF/DKIM/DMARC under a p=reject policy before cutover
• Built Warvis, an internal RAG assistant hosted for the whole team with a HIPAA-aware PHI-scanning gate and fail-closed access control (229 passing tests); the owner now talks to it by voice to check on the business
• Built a member health portal (Cloudflare Workers + D1) replacing paid HeadsUp Health software: WHOOP/Apple Health wearable sync, a 17-marker labs engine, and an AI assistant over members' own data, plus a companion native app live on TestFlight

• Webspansion (free tier): founded a pro bono, accessibility-first web studio as community service, shipping 19+ free live websites (intake through deploy) for nonprofits, immigrant-owned local businesses, and community groups
• Prospansion (paid tier): the technical/data arm, offering analytics (GA4, Microsoft Clarity, GTM), SEO, and automation; built its technical flagship, Prospansion Studio, a multi-tenant Cloudflare Workers + D1 CMS giving paying clients self-serve site editing, with hardened auth (invite-only signup, hashed tokens, single-use resets) and a fixed sanitizer-bypass XSS vulnerability (allowlist parser, verified via exploit proof-of-fix), deployed for nonprofit client Ocura
• Drove SEO and brand imagery at scale by writing 23+ optimized blog posts and 8 case studies, and automating OG/blog-hero image generation (Python, Playwright, Pillow, fal.ai)

• Guruji (getguruji.com): built and deployed a free, gamified Duolingo-style community-education PWA (React, TypeScript, Supabase) with RLS-scoped auth, AA-verified UI, and a self-run security audit against the live database (zero exploitable vulnerabilities)
• Drove real impact: a cousin used Guruji to realize he was overpaying an agency $100+/month for work he could do himself and canceled, saving $1,200+ a year
• Authored Guruji's multi-track curriculum, naming Data Decoded (data science) and QuickClaude (coding) as tracks alongside English and digital-literacy content
• BohoQuest (app.bohoquest.app): shipped a gamified check-in app (Expo/React Native) with server-side anti-cheat verification (Supabase RPC), Apple Sign-In, and a 121-test suite; live in TestFlight
